Do I need a UV or LED lamp?⌄
No. Nothing about this pen needs a lamp — there is no curing step at all. Paint, hover the magnetic tip, and let the gel set.
How does the cat-eye effect actually happen?⌄
The gel carries magnetic flake. Holding the magnetic tip just above the wet gel aligns that flake into a band that catches the light, which is what reads as cat eye. You can hover from a different angle for a different band.
How many manicures does one pen give me?⌄
Each pen holds 3 ml, and the set ships with spare gel tubes so you can top the pen up. How far that goes depends on nail length and how many coats you build.
How do I remove it?⌄
With standard nail polish remover, the same as any gel-effect polish. No soaking, drilling or salon visit.
Which shade should I pick?⌄
Wine Among Flowers and Ebony Rose are the deep, moody end. Shimmering Brocade is the warm bronze shimmer. Eaves Rain is a cool grey-taupe, and French Truffle is a soft chocolate brown.
What is the difference between the printed and the plain barrel?⌄
The supplier makes two versions of the same pen: the original printed barrel and a plain, logo-free barrel. The gel, the tip and the 3 ml are identical — the only difference is whether the barrel carries the supplier’s printing. Both are listed as separate shades so you can choose.
